How To Remove A Vacation Rule

Oracle Workflow - Version 12.1.3 to 12.2 [Release 12.1 to 12.2]

SOLUTION

Need to delete the record from the wf_routing_rules table.

METHOD 1:

a. Log in as the user who created the vacation rule.

b. Click on 'Vacation rule' link at the bottom of the page where it will list the user created the vacation rule.

c. There is 'delete' button where one can click for the vacation rule to delete and confirm.

After performing the above, the record from the wf_routing_rules table will be removed accordingly.

METHOD 2:

a. Log in as sysadmin.

b. Navigate to Workflow Administrator Web Applications -> Administration -> Vacation rule and search the one needed and delete.


c. In the same place, one can search for others as well and delete them with sysadmin access.
